Q: What is a Resume Presentation Package?

A: We offer a multi-dimensional service line to meet the demands of today's competitive employment market. Our service offerings include the following Presentation Packages: Prestige, Professional, Standard, Basic, Update 1, Update 2, Update 3, Update 4, Cover Letter Enhancement, Annual Career Checkup, additional Presentation Package Components, and Consultation Sessions. In addition, I.A.M. Resumes offers our clients the opportunity to receive a for each new client referral that purchases a Presentation Package. "Client Appreciation Reward"

Depending on the Presentation Package option chosen, you will receive Employment Toolkit enhancements. Your career information will be compiled in one location, readily accessible, as you prepare for the interview process. All Resume Presentation Package documents will be stored on your CD, engraved with your name and the creation date, to assist you as you plan for your next Annual Career Checkup.

A: You have only one chance to make a good impression and this begins from the first moment you have made contact with a potential employer. If your first contact is through your Resume Presentation Package this serves as your calling card. An employer will draw conclusions from your resume by looking at your organizational techniques, layout, quality selection, work experience, and level of training.

If your resume (calling card) interests a potential employer the next phase could be an interview. During this phase it is equally important to leave the potential employer with a lasting impression through positive imagery. This is done through body language, interviewing techniques, professionalism, and the ability to sell yourself.

An Imaging Consultant works with you to provide support during all phases of the interview process. Our Consultants are dedicated to help you to achieve your career goals.

With hundreds of resumes being delivered daily, it is important to have a Resume Presentation Package that implies you are a serious professional, focused, and able to fulfill the necessary requirements needed to successfully negotiate a job offer.

Your Annual Career Checkup provides the opportunity for you to take a closer review of your Employment Toolkit, to ensure that your career is on track and focused. It is essential that your Employment Toolkit have ample marketing material and strategies, so that you are prepared for the next career opportunity.

Q: How do I begin?

A: Contact I.A.M. Resumes to discuss the multi-dimensional product line that is available. We are here to assist you during the processing of your Resume Presentation Package. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have questions. Our 'Client First' strategies are among the highest standards attained by our organization.

You will be sent a contract and invoice, detailing your requested services that will need to be completed and returned. Once both items have been received and processed, you will be sent the "Client Questionnaire" and when it has been completed and returned, an appointment will be scheduled with your Consultant to go over concerns, procedure, additional information that may be needed, and the information that you have provided.

After your consultation appointment the Creation Phase begins, which will be done as quickly as possible within approximately three to seven business days (excluding holidays and weekends), to allow time for adequate research to be completed. If additional research time is needed, you will be contacted promptly to make you aware there is a pending delay. In addition to the information that you have provided, I.A.M. Resumes will conduct field researching strategies to ensure that your Presentation Package is a valuable marketing tool. If you prefer, we do offer a short-term Creation Phase window at an additional cost. It is recommended that you allow enough time to utilize the field researching strategies, during the Creations Phase, due to the strategic placement of your calling card within your Employment Toolkit.

The implemenation of your Employment Toolkit represents you, and all your unique qualifications that you have to offer. There are companies that promise resume completion within hours or a day, but our Consultants at I.A.M. Resumes recognize that there are no two clients alike. You are unique and you deserve a service that will represent your career needs, as an individual, not as a client component within a pool of applicants. We have field tested our Presentation Packages, devoting the necessary time commitment that is needed to implement our researching strategies, to create a dynamic marketing tool for you. Our 'Client First' strategies continue to be the corner stone of our organization, representing our commitment to you.

Once this phase has concluded, you will be contacted as the Draft Phase 1 begins, allowing you the opportunity to make changes or to give final approval. We offer a Draft Phase 2 should there be a need to ensure that your expectations have been met. Once all Draft Phases have concluded, your Presentation Package will enter the Delivery Phase and you will be updated at that time with further details. Your Presentation Package will be delivered by certified mail requesting an authorized signature.

If you were referred by a client of I.A.M. Resumes and you listed this information on the "Client Questionnaire" form, they will be contacted with details pertaining to their "Client Appreciation Reward" once processed. Our 'Client First' strategies continue to change with our clients career needs, we will be sending you a short survey once your contracted services have concluded. Please take a few moments to complete and return the survey, so that we may continue to offer the most up-to-date services.

Note: Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with most calls returned in the evening after 5:00 pm. Appointments are available for Saturday 10:00 am through 2:00 pm by appointment only. Do you work late hours or need special accommodations? Please mention your circumstances and we will do our best to help accommodate your schedule. Our office does close for observed holidays, seminars, and workshop trainings. Our process will not count designated days when the office would be closed. We are an Internet Based Company serving the United States.
