I.A.M. Resumes

 

I.A.M. Resumes acknowledges that it will be necessary for our clients to disclose certain confidential and proprietary information during the creation of all Resume Presentation Packages.  All information provided will be confidential and used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the contractual agreement.  When a client submits a testimonial, posted question, information for our newsletter, or other venues, the client is giving permission to post the submission, to make public through the use of our web sites and/or other venues becoming the property of I.A.M. Resumes.

 

All Resume Presentation Packages and contractual services are based on the information provided by the client.  The client will accept full responsibility for the information that has been provided and used to create a Resume Presentation Package and all other contractual services.  I.A.M. Resumes will be held harmless for all information that has been misrepresented.

Payment Methods  

We offer our clients the opportunity to make payments through PayPal using a secured payment site.  PayPal provides flexible payment options by using Mastercard, Visa, American Express,  Discover, and Banks. 

 

Note:  If you prefer to send a personal check as payment, through the postal service, it will need to be processed prior to your Resume Presentation Package Creation Phase.  For faster processing time we recommend sending a money order or a cashiers check obtained at your financial institution.

Refunds  

Due to the time devoted to creating a Resume Presentation Package, we do have a no refund policy after the contract has been signed and payment has been made.

 

All mailings will be sent certified mail and a signature will be required.
